Louis Anthony Boone, of Dumfries, was a proud graduate of Freedom High School and a freshman at Norfolk State University, where he was pursuing a degree in communications while also contributing as a member of the university’s baseball team. He was known and loved by his peers, and his presence left a meaningful impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him.
